Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to our Point of Sale (POS) system. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Initial Setup Fees
A one-time initial setup fee is applicable for all users(clould base and offline). This fee is non-refundable once the system is set up.
Subscription Plans (Cloud-based users only)
1. Subscription Options: Users can choose from various subscription plans based on monthly or annual billing.
2. Plan Changes: Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time.
3. Billing and Payment: Subscription fees are due based on the selected plan and are subject to the billing cycle (monthly or annual) chosen by the user.
Support and Add-ons
1. Free Support: Online/cloud users receive free support.
2. Add-ons and Modules: Additional features and customizations can be requested for an additional fee.
3. Customization Requests: Customization services are available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
Refund Policy
1. No Refunds: Once the system is set up, the initial setup fee and any subscription fees are non-refundable.
Training and Data Input
1. Training: Training is included for users who require it.
2. Data Input: Initial data input is not part of the setup. Users are responsible for entering their own data.
3. Assistance with Data Input: Users can request assistance from an agent for data input for an additional fee.
Account Deactivation and Notifications
1. Subscription Expiry: Business accounts will be deactivated if the subscription expires and is not renewed.
2. Expiry Notifications: Notifications will be sent 5 days before the subscription expiry date to remind users to renew their subscription.

1. Support Channels: Users can contact their local agents or email our support team for assistance.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to these terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
